Detecting and Preventing Fraud, Waste, and Abuse

This class is open to all employees who want to learn how to detect symptoms of fraud, waste, and abuse and identify red flags and take preventative steps. We will also discuss various ways to report suspected fraud, waste, and abuse and the UC policy prohibiting retaliatory actions for reporting. Finally, we will also discuss transparency and the different methods by which members of the public may request University records related to actual or suspected fraud, waste, and abuse.

The class is being offered on the following dates:
